How TAP protects both sides
These rules apply to everyone on TAP, whether you post tasks, do the work, or both.
1Before anything is public
A person at TAP checks every task before it appears. Tasks that are illegal, unsafe, exploitative, or need a licence TAP cannot check are refused.
Providers who want a public profile are reviewed too, and every change to a public profile is checked again.
2While you talk
Chat stays on TAP. Phone numbers, WhatsApp, emails, and exact addresses are blocked in messages until both sides accept an agreement.
After agreement, each person chooses what to share. Nothing is shared automatically.
3When you agree
The agreement records scope, date and time, amount, payment method, and any notes about materials, cancellation, or safety. Both sides must accept the same version.
4After the work
Both sides confirm what happened and write a review. Reviews stay hidden until both have written one, or 14 days pass, so nobody reviews in reply.
Cancellations and no-shows are counted in each person's record over 12 months. Emergencies and disputes are reviewed by a person before they count.
5If something goes wrong
Report or block anyone at any time. Reports are reviewed Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 PKT. You can appeal any decision TAP makes about your account.
In an emergency, call 15 or 1122 first. TAP is not an emergency service.
6What our badges mean
"Email confirmed" means the person controls that email address. TAP does not check identity documents, skills, or criminal records, and never says it does.
In immediate danger?
TAP is not an emergency service and does not watch tasks live. Move to a safe place and call for help now.
