1Help with a task, chat, or account
Open Help and safety and start a support case. You can follow every reply on your case page.
2Report something unsafe
Use the report button on any task, profile, or chat. Reports can be sent at any time; people review them Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 PKT.
3Emergencies
TAP cannot send help. If anyone is in danger, call 15 (police) or 1122 (rescue) first.
In immediate danger?
TAP is not an emergency service and does not watch tasks live. Move to a safe place and call for help now.
